We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to submit a return request.

1.1. The Recipient-Buyer may refuse or return the Order. To initiate a return procedure, you can contact us at info@plushins.com.

1.2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

1.3. You can always reach out to us with any questions regarding returns at info@plushins.com. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can review and resolve the issue.

1.4. The Buyer is obligated to inspect the condition of the packaging and contents of the parcel upon delivery. If the item is not inspected at the time of delivery, the Seller reserves the right to reject any subsequent claims regarding damage to the item, provided that the damage is obvious and could have been observed during inspection at delivery.

If the item is delivered with obvious damage from transportation, the Buyer must inform the courier of such damage and contact the Seller immediately.

1.5. In the case of an exchange or return, the Buyer or recipient must return the item in the same condition in which it was delivered: unworn and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.6. The Seller may refuse an exchange or refund if the recipient has personal reasons for the return (e.g., the item was not to their liking, or the item was custom-made) about which the Seller was not informed. Please contact us if you have any remarks or questions about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

1.7. In the event of a refusal of the item by the recipient with prior notice, the Buyer may receive a refund for the Order if it is still being assembled and prepared for shipping.

1.8. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. 14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union

1.9. Notwithstanding the above, if the item is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

1.10. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may also require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@plushins.com.

1.11. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

1.12. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

1.13. The sale of goods is not targeted at any specific country. The Buyer places orders

voluntarily, and liability is limited to the order amount.

1.14. The Seller's aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the goods/services purchased by the Buyer. The Seller shall not be liable for lost profits or indirect or incidental damages of the Buyer. Only direct damages that do not exceed the value of the goods/services purchased by the Buyer are subject to compensation, in accordance with applicable law.
